“Still” Wiggle, Wiggle, Wiggle
Carter and Ammon are in such a good mood this morning. It’s a wonder! Carter was up at 1:00 am then 5:00 am coughing. After some medicine, he went back to sleep around 6:00am. Ammon had difficulties going to bed last night as well. However, in the end we all got to sleep until 8:00 am. It was a miracle! They feel great!
We just got through singing and dancing “Hold Still” right after breakfast and while I was washing dishes. We are now getting ready to get out and about! We hope and pray everyone has a great weekend.

We all need to simplify our lives–beginning with me. Our Saturday is largely spent doing chores. Whilst there is nothing wrong with “good ole” work; however a sizable slice of the pie is for those bills. How amazingly challenging it is to hold forth against those “little foxes” that spoil our grain. May we all live quieter and simpler so that we can better hear and attend to the Voice of our Lord.
God uses Carter and Ammon to slow me down to quieter and simpler things. Tending to the house, a 13 acre yard, teaching my students at UTC, taking care of 5 cats and 6 dogs, and other life stuff takes a lot out of me. I am so blessed to simply stop and be with my babies: We chat, we sing, we play, and we dance (Wiggle, Wiggle, Wiggle). ;o)
